As a dominating tackle for the Henry Kendall College team of 1916, Madison “Puny” Blevins helped that squad secure an undefeated season … was named to the All-Oklahoma football team in 1915 and 1916, and was selected to the Oklahoma and Oklahoma A&M All-Opponent teams in 1916 … gained the reputation as an outstanding blocker on offense … never missed a game in all three seasons on the varsity football team.
