Tony Liscio was a three-year letterwinner as a two-way tackle for the Tulsa football team … earned all-MVC honors as a senior and served as a team captain … was drafted by the Green Bay Packers and signed by Dallas Cowboys in 1963 … played in 1963 –64 and 1966-71 for the Cowboys … was a starter at two different positions during his pro career, guard and tackle … he weighed 13 pounds at birth.
