Anthony Hoyt II was appointed assistant director of performance at The University of Tulsa in March 2024 after serving six months as an assistant performance coach with the Golden Hurricane.
 
He assisted working with the sports of men’s basketball and tennis as well as women’s basketball and tennis.
 
Hoyt came to Tulsa following a four-month internship at Texas Tech and before that spent six months as a strength and conditioning intern with Rejoice Christian School in Owasso, Okla.
 
Hoyt earned his bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with a minor in health science from Stephen F. Austin in December 2021.
