Emma Robbins

Emma Robbins joined Tulsa Athletics as the Coordinator of Administrative and Business Operations in July 2026. She has also served as the Pom Assistant Coach since July 2025.
She supports the department’s administrative, financial, and internal functions, helping to ensure efficient operations and strategic alignment while overseeing federal work-study student employment for Athletics.
Robbins earned her Master of Education in Recreation and Sport Management from the University of Arkansas in 2026. During her graduate studies, she served as a Senior Graduate Assistant for the College of Education & Health Professions Academic Advising Office, supporting student success initiatives and departmental operations.
After graduation, she spent one season dancing as a member of the Tulsa Oilers Gold Squad.
A graduate of The University of Tulsa, Robbins earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science in 2025. During her time at Tulsa, she was a four-year member and captain of the Pom Squad and participated in the Pathway to Sports Academy, gaining experience in Equipment Operations.
Robbins also served as a Strength and Conditioning Intern with FC Tulsa during the 2024 season and danced with the Tulsa Oilers Gold Squad during the 2025 season.
