Luke Hillin joined Tulsa Athletics in September 2024 as the Senior Associate AD for Administration.
He is the administrator for the men’s basketball program.
He is responsible for managing all player compensation, salary cap management, and upcoming initiatives related to the House Settlement.
He has oversight of facilities, operations, and capital projects.
Hillin supervises the TU Equipment Department and manages Tulsa's partnership with Adidas.
Prior to coming to Tulsa, he spent the last seven years at Texas A&M in various roles with the men’s basketball program.
During the last five years at Texas A&M, Hillin was the chief of staff for the Aggies' Men’s Basketball program.
He also served as the Director of Internal Operations and Administrative Coordinator at Texas A&M.
Hillin served as the Director of Basketball Operations at Houston Christian University for one season, 2016-17.
He graduated from Texas A&M in 2015 with a degree in Business Administration and he received his MBA from Houston Christian University in 2021.
He and his wife Maddie have two children: Charlotte and Walker.
