Natalie Hall returned to her alma mater in July 2023 as the Student Success Coach at The University of Tulsa.

Hall spent the previous five seasons in the athletic academic department at Northern Illinois, spending her first three seasons as academic coordinator, one year as the senior athletic academic coordinator and the last half year as assistant director of SAASS, Huskie Experience.

During her tenure, Hall also served as the Huskie Experience Coordinator where she was tasked with coordinating the Huskie Beginnings Bridge program for incoming student-athletes and the Huskie Experience student-athlete development programming.

Hall was a rowing student-athlete as a coxswain at Tulsa. She earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise & sports science with a psychology minor in 2013. She earned a master’s degree in sport management from Western Illinois in 2015.
