Nick Baril was promoted to Assistant AD for Equipment Operations in 2025. Prior he was the Director of Athletic Equipment  for three years at The University of Tulsa after serving one year as the assistant director of athletic equipment. An Oklahoma State graduate, Baril has athletic equipment experience at three different levels of football, including the NCAA, NFL and AAF.
 
Baril handles all equipment responsibilities for football, while overseeing the entire athletic departments equipment operations.
 
Prior to joining TU, Baril was a season equipment assistant for the Atlanta Falcons from 2018-2021, where he arranged equipment for daily practices as well as assisted in the travel of equipment. His previous stops were with the Memphis Express, SMU, Dallas Cowboys and the Oklahoma State football and basketball teams.
 
Baril graduated with a sports media communications degree as well as a minor in sports management.
