Wyatt Powell joined The University of Tulsa in the fall of 2023 as the school’s assistant director of athletic equipment.

Powell came to Tulsa following one year as an equipment manager at the University of South Dakota, where he worked primarily with football. Before that, he was the football equipment manager while attending school at Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in sports management from Northwestern College in 2021.
