Zack Orr became the director of ticket operations at The University of Tulsa prior to the 2021-22 season after previously serving as a ticket sales account executive since April 2019. He previously spent two years at Tulsa from 2009-11 as a marketing assistant.

Orr comes to Tulsa after six years with Spectra Venue Management. He began at Spectra in 2013 as the marketing coordinator at the Central National Bank Center in Enid, Oklahoma. From there, Orr moved to the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico where he spent two years from 2015-17. He most recently served as the director of marketing at the Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, Colorado.

Following his first stop at Tulsa, Orr then spent two years as a graduate assistant with the Kansas State University athletics department. His first year was spent as a fan experience and sales representative and his second year in ticket operations.

Orr earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas in business management in 2009 and his master’s degree in college student development at K-State in 2013.

Orr resides in Tulsa withi his wife Whitney.
