Melanie Hardy (a senior track athlete from Jamaica, New York) has maintained a 3.03 grade point average in exercise sport science. She clocked a school record time of 2:51.21 to capture first place in the 1,000-meter run at the JD Martin Invitational. Her time shaved six seconds off of the school record and also established a new meet and facility record.
