Sam Korbe (a sophomore golf athlete from Springdale, Arkansas) has maintained a 3.93 grade point average in biochemistry. In two tournaments last week, Sam Korbe turned in top-10 performances in each event. Korbe led the Hurricane at the Morris Williams Intercollegiate with a third-place performance by carding rounds of 72-75-71 for a two-over par 218 total. He finished in eighth place at the Courtyard by Marriott Intercollegiate with identical rounds of 70 for a four-under par 140 total at the rain-shortened event.
