Tulsa Women's Soccer Team Falls 1-0 to SMU

Dallas, Texas - The University of Tulsa women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 decision to SMU on Friday night at Westcott Field in Dallas, Texas. The Golden Hurricane concluded the season with a 3-14-2 overall record and a 1-7-1 mark in Conference USA, while the Mustangs own an 8-7-1 record and are 4-5 in the league.
Kimber Bailey put SMU on the board at the 12:56 mark off a penalty kick, for the game-winning goal. The Mustangs out-shot TU, 11-10, including a 5-4 advantage in shots on goal, while Rachel Robinson and Ashley Gunter each recorded four saves in the contest.
Freshman Brandi Neilson, and sophomores Jennifer Kacergis and Stephanie Johnson each tallied two shots in the contest for the Golden Hurricane.
