Pearce Set to Compete at NCAA Championships on Saturday

TULSA, Okla. — The University of Tulsa senior Henry Pearce will compete at the NCAA Division I Men's Cross Country Championships on Saturday, Nov. 18, at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky.
 
The men's 10K race will begin at 9 a.m. CT, following completion of the women's race. Fans can watch the live stream of the NCAA Division I Cross Country Championships as FloTrack Pro subscribers for a monthly price of $19.99 or an annual price of $150.
 
Pearce is one of 38 individuals that earned an at-large bid to the championship field after he placed eighth at the NCAA Midwest Regional on Nov. 10. The Loughborough, England, native posted a 10K time 29:18.43, which was the fastest of his career, to pace the Golden Hurricane and earn his second consecutive all-region honor.
 
The senior made his debut at the NCAA Championships last year and finished 106th with a time of 30:55.0 to help TU finish 11th in the team standings.
