Preseason Practice Begins for Tulsa Women’s Soccer Team

Preseason practice got underway for the 2019 Tulsa women's soccer team as 26 players reported for camp.
The Golden Hurricane has 18 returners from last year, including eight starters, and welcomes eight newcomers to the roster.
Head Coach Kyle Cussen, who is in his 12th season at the helm, is the programs' winningest coach with 98 wins in 11 seasons. He also has a career 208-168-42 mark in 21 years as a head coach.
Tulsa will begin play with an exhibition game at Oklahoma State on Friday, August 16 before opening the regular season on the road against Texas Southern on Friday, August 23. The Golden Hurricane home opener is on Friday, August 30 against Little Rock beginning at 5:00 pm at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium.
