IRVING, Texas –– The American Athletic Conference announced today that the Tulsa-Cincinnati game will now be played on Friday, Dec. 4, in front of a Friday night national television audience. The game was scheduled to be played on Dec. 5.
The game will have a kick-off time of 8:00 p.m. (CT) and will be aired on ESPN.
The Tulsa-Cincinnati game was originally scheduled to be played on Oct. 17, but was postponed to Dec. 5, due to COVID-19 cases at Cincinnati.
The Bearcats currently have a 6-0 record with an AAC mark of 4-0. This week Cincinnati is ranked 7th nationally in both the Associated Press and the USA Today Amway Coaches polls.
Cincinnati faces East Carolina, UCF and Temple in the next three weeks before closing the regular season at Tulsa. The Golden Hurricane schedule includes home games against No. 19 SMU and Tulane, and a road contest at Houston before returning home to take on the Bearcats.
