TULSA, Okla. – After poor weather and a conference bye limited The University of Tulsa softball team to three games in the past 14 days, the Golden Hurricane has a busy schedule this week as TU will play Central Arkansas and the No. 2 Oklahoma State Cowgirls in the midweek before finishing with its American Athletic Conference opener against Memphis over the weekend.
Â
Tulsa will begin the week against the Bears with a 5 p.m. game on Tuesday. It's a quick turnaround as Oklahoma State will head to the Collins Family Softball Complex for a 5 p.m. game on Wednesday. Then, the Hurricane welcomes Memphis to Collins for a weekend conference series. First pitch for Friday's opener is set for 5 p.m. The teams will meet again on Saturday at 2 p.m. before a noon finale on Sunday.
Â
Wednesday's game against the second-ranked Oklahoma State Cowgirls is officially sold out and no more tickets are available. April 26th's showdown against the No. 1 Oklahoma Sooners is also sold out.
Â
All games this week will air on ESPN+. Bruce Howard and John Holcomb will bring fans the broadcast for Wednesday's action against Oklahoma State. Howard will also have the call for Friday evening against Memphis before Brandon Hart takes over for Saturday and Sunday.
Â
The Golden Hurricane enters the five-game slate with a 14-14 record after dropping its previous three games. Tulsa played Missouri State in its lone game last week, falling to the Bears 5-2.
Â
