The Golden Hurricane and Sooners face-off on Saturday, Sept. 16

TULSA, Okla. – The Tulsa Golden Hurricane and Oklahoma Sooners will square off in front of a sold-out crowd of 30,000 fans on Saturday, Sept. 16, at H.A. Chapman Stadium. The game kicks off at 2:30 p.m.

It will be the third sellout crowd since the renovation of the stadium took place in 2008. Tulsa sold-out its first game in the refurbished stadium against the New Mexico Lobos on Sept. 20, 2008, capturing a 56-14 victor. Tulsa's last sellout came a year later when the Hurricane hosted the nation's fifth-ranked Boise State Broncos on Oct. 14, 2009.

TU-OU pregame tailgating begins at 10:30 a.m. on Chapman Commons with music, food, drinks, game, inflatables and more. Saint Francis Health System and MidFirst Bank are the game sponsors.

Sean Kingston will be the marquee act for the pregame festivities, taking the Chapman Commons performance stage at 1 p.m.
