Richardson Grabs American Honorable Mention Weekly Honors

IRVING, Texas – The American Conference announced its winners of the weekly football honors and Dominic Richardson earned honorable mention honors.
Richardson led the TU offense on the day as he rushed for 166 of the 283 rushing yards Tulsa rushed for. The 166 yards is as season best for Richardson, who finished three yards shy of tying is career-high. He also added a rushing touchdown in the game.
During the game, Richardson surpassed the 2,500 rushing mark for his career. He is one of 20 current players in the NCAA to have rushed for over 2,600 yards. He has rushed for 862 yards this season, the most in a single season in his career.
Richardson and the Golden Hurricane return to action on Saturday when they travel to West Point, N.Y. to face Army. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m. CT on CBS Sports Network.
