Three Golden Hurricane Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa softball's Maura Moore, Paige Knight and Faith Russell were all named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District team.
The 2025 Academic All-District® Softball Teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. Recipients must be at least an academic sophomore, hold a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and competed in 90 percent or started 60 percent of an institution's games. Pitchers must have made at least 17 appearances or pitched a minimum of 35 innings.
Moore earned her second-straight Academic All-District Honor after getting selected to the team in 2024. Knight and Russell each earned a spot on the team for the first time as Golden Hurricane. Knight also received the honor in 2023 while playing at New Mexico State.
