Barnstable Agrees to Summer League Deal with Spurs

TULSA, Okla. — Former TU men's basketball player Miles Barnstable has agreed to a deal with the San Antonio Spurs for the 2026 NBA Summer League in Las Vegas. The league tips off on Thursday, July 9 with the Spurs slated to play the Atlanta Hawks at 3:30 p.m. CT on ESPN2.
 
Barnstable was electrifying in his lone season at Tulsa, averaging 14.6 points per game and hitting a program record 103 three-pointers. The Sheboygan, Wisconsin native, also put together a highlight reel of high-flying dunks and hit a buzzer-beating three to help Tulsa win at Western Kentucky. Barnstable earned Second Team All-American Conference honors and was also named to the All-Newcomer Team by the league.
 
The San Antonio Spurs are coming off a trip to the NBA Finals as champions of the Western Conference. The NBA Summer League takes place in Las Vegas on the campus of UNLV from July 9-19. All 30 teams will compete in a total of 76 games, with each team playing at least five games before a semifinal on July 18 with a championship game on July 19. All games will be aired on Prime Video or ESPN platforms.
