American Conference Announces 2026-27 Men’s Basketball Schedule Matrix

IRVING, Texas — The American Conference announced the 2026-27 men's basketball pairings, the league announced on Friday. Teams will play an 18-game league schedule, playing six teams in a home-and-home, three at home only, and three on the road only. League play tips off Wednesday, December 30 and concludes on Sunday, March 7.
Coming off a conference semifinals appearance, Tulsa will play home-and-home games against rival Wichita State, South Florida, UAB, North Texas, Florida Atlantic, and UTSA. The Golden Hurricane will also host Charlotte, East Carolina, and Tulane while taking on Memphis, Temple, and Rice on the road.
Tulsa finished last season 13-5 in conference play, finishing tied for second in the league. This season they look to improve on that finish before the conference championships in the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida from March 10-14.
