SOPHOMORE (2007) - Played in six games and earned a starting assignment against Missouri State . . . posted his first career goal against Centenary.

FRESHMAN (2006) - Started two of 14 games played . . . attempted five shots, one of which was on goal.

PRIOR TO TULSA - Was a three-year letterwinner at Park Hill South High School, where he helped his team win three district and conference titles, and post an overall record of 54-17-5 during his prep career . . . was a two-time member of the all-district, all-conference and all-Northland first teams . . . during his senior campaign, he scored 11 goals and recorded seven assists for 29 points, and helped that team post a 20-6 overall record . . . named first-team all-state and all-Western Region . . . as a junior, he scored nine goals and earned seven assists for 25 points, and received all-Western Region honorable mention merits . . . helped his PHSHS team to a state quarterfinal appearance and a 17-6-2 overall mark . . . during his sophomore season, he registered six goals and six assists for 18 points, guided the squad to a 17-5-3 mark and was an honorable mention all-conference selection . . . played club soccer for the K.C. Pace and led that team to 2005 and 2006 state titles . . . his coaches were former TU soccer letterwinners Lincoln and Jefferson Roblee . . . was a member of the Missouri `87 State ODP team from 2001-04, and regional pool in 2003 . . . played for the Kansas City Brass during the summer of 2006.

PERSONAL - Majoring in management . . . born November 15, 1987 . . . one of three children of Michael and Allison Wurst . . . selected as a C-USA All-Academic Honoree as a freshman and picked up C-USA Academic Medalist honors as a sophomore . . . was named to the Tulsa Dean's List as a freshman and sophomore.
