Dan Huebsch was promoted to assistant director for athletic performance at The University of Tulsa in June 2019 following two years as a graduate assistant for the Golden Hurricane.
 
Huebsch worked with the sports of football, men’s tennis and track & field during his graduate assistantship. Before that, he served seven months as an intern for Tulsa’s athletic performance, working with the track & field teams.
 
Previously, Huebsch spent two years as an assistant sport and athletic performance coach at Olmsted Medical Center in Rochester, Minnesota. Before that, he was an intern for the University of Minnesota’s strength and conditioning program, primarily working with football and hockey.
 
Huebsch also spent the 2013 football season as an intern on the Iowa State strength and conditioning staff.
 
Huebsch earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise sciences from Winona State University in 2013. He received his master’s degree in biology from Tulsa in 2019.
