PRIOR TO TULSA -- Earned three letters at Grand Prairie High School and one letter at South Grand Prairie High School . . . career numbers included 50 goals and 83 assists for 183 points . . . started 33 of 34 career games played . . . during his three seasons at GPHS, he led the team to back-to-back conference runner-up finishes and was named to the all-region and all-district teams, and was selected Midfielder of the Year and team MVP as a sophomore . . . named the team's Newcomer of the Year as a freshman . . . transferred to South Grand Prairie High School prior to his senior season and was forced to sit out a portion of the season . . . returned to play six games and scored 10 goals and added 15 assists for 35 points, and collected team MVP honors . . . named a Great Texas Scholar and a Top Hispanic Student . . . played a combined six years of club soccer for the Grand Prairie United, Club Dallas and Dallas Texans.
