CAREER AT TULSA: A one-year letterwinner at Tulsa after competing for four years at East Tennessee State … a 2024 CSC Academic All-District selection … named Men’s MVP of the 2024 UTR Sports NIT Championship … went 14-5 in singles matches and 11-2 in doubles contests, finishing his overall career at 77-28 in singles and 52-28 in doubles … ranked as high as No. 39 in doubles and No. 108 in singles in the 2023 preseason ITA rankings.
 
2023-24 (SENIOR): One of Tulsa’s most lethal and consistent dual-match players after sitting out the fall season for injury … was a key part of Tulsa’s title run to the UTR Sports NIT Championship, where he went 3-0 for the Hurricane at No. 1 Singles and 2-0 at No. 3 doubles, including the doubles clinch against Saint Louis in the quarterfinal round to earn Men’s MVP honors … paired up with five teammates in doubles action for an 11-2 record across all three doubles lines, including 4-1 with Pierce Rollins in the first six duals of the year and 3-0 with Volodymyr Zakharov in TU’s three NIT Championship matches … clinched the doubles point five times for the Hurricane, including against Oral Roberts (1/19), North Dakota (3/8), New Mexico State twice (3/28) and Saint Louis (5/5) … in singles matches, posted a 14-5 record the top three positions in the lineup, including 9-5 in his primary spot at No. 2 Singles … earned one ranked singles win, which came against Pacific’s Justas Trainauskas (6-2, 7-5) in the NIT Championship final.
 
PRIOR TO TULSA: Was a four-year letterwinner at East Tennessee State … went 62-23 in singles play and 40-27 in doubles play.
 
2022-23 (JUNIOR): Named Singles First Team All-SoCon and tabbed SoCon Men’s Tennis Player of the Month in April … led the team with a 17-4 singles record to go with a 12-6 record in doubles play in the spring season … ended the year on a 12-win match streak … scored the match-clinching point for the Buccaneers in the SoCon Men’s Tennis Championship … finished the season ranked No. 68 in the ITA national doubles poll with partner Francisco Lamas. The pair went a perfect 6-0 together during the season.
 
2021-22 (SOPHOMORE): Earned a spot on the Singles Second Team All-SoCon … Took home April SoCon Men’s Tennis Player of the Month … tied for the team high in singles wins with 24, amassing a 24-6 record in singles performances, including 16-4 in dual matches … was a perfect 10-0 in the No. 5 slot and 3-0 in the No. 6 position … finished the season on a 12-match winning streak … recorded a 16-9 record in doubles play throughout the season, including 12-5 in dual matches … had six doubles wins resulting in doubles-clinching victories throughout the spring campaign and also secured two matches for the Bucs against Texas A&M Corpus Christi and Furman (clinching the regular season SoCon title).
 
2020-21 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): Tabbed to both the SoCon Honor Roll and the SoCon All-Academic Team … named an ITA Scholar Athlete … earned a spot on the SoCon All-Freshman squad … finished third on the team in singles wins with 10, finishing 10-9 on the year … compiled a 7-3 record in singles play from the No. 4 position and was 5-1 in singles battles when playing SoCon schools … tallied three match-clinching victories, tied for the second-most on the team … finished 12-7 in doubles action in the spring, including 8-5 when playing alongside fellow freshman Juan Sebastian Zabala.
 
2019-20 (FRESHMAN): Joined ETSU for the spring season and finished 4-3 in singles action … once he picked up his first singles win, he never lost, ending the year on a four-match singles win streak … finished 3-1 when playing in the No. 5 singles slot … picked up his first collegiate match-clinching singles win in the No. 4 spot against Alabama State.
 
PERSONAL: Parents are Enrique and Mercedes … has one sibling, Thomas … started playing tennis at the age of 5 … favorite athlete is Mohammed Ali … favorite show is Squid Game … favorite food is Asado … dream car is a Honda CRV … studies psychology at TU.
