Sophomore (2017): Saw action in 23 games with a pair of starts as the designated player ... scored six runs, stole two bases ... scored two runs and picked up her first extra-base hit with a triple against Omaha (3/19) ... also scored runs against McNeese State (3/3), Saint Francis (3/3), UT Arlington (3/4) and Kansas (3/18).

Freshman (2016): Appeared in 31 games, 19 as a pinch runner and eight as a pinch hitter âĤ saw eight plate appearances, scored five runs, had two RBI with a .417 on-base percentage âĤ walked, had an RBI and scored a run vs. North Dakota (2/19) âĤ stole a base against Abilene Christian (2/27) âĤ went 1-for-1 with a RBI vs. UMKC (3/19).

Personal: Born Lauren Emmalee Lomax on July 25, 1997 in Kansas City, Mo. âĤ daughter of Clarence Lomax and Vinita Saxton âĤ has two sisters, Brityni and Evalynn, and one brother, Mark âĤ began playing softball at age 8 âĤ biggest sports thrill was winning the conference championship last season and the Royals winning the World Series in 2015 âĤ favorite professional athlete is Alex Gordon âĤ favorite local restaurant is Hideaway and favorite food is pizza âĤ favorite movie is Ferris Buellerâs Day Off and favorite TV shows are âThe Fresh Prince of Bel-Airâ and âThe Big Bang Theoryâ âĤ major is deaf education.
