- Set a personal-best in the 10,000m with a time of 35:06.06 with a second place finish.
- Placed fifth at the 2023 MVC Outdoor Track and Field Championship in the 10,000m with a time of 37:10.89.
- Ran at the 2023 PNC Lenny Lyles Invitational in the 3000m.
- Placed sixth at the MVC Indoor Track & Field Championship in the 5000m with a time of 17:01.04.
- Clocked a 21:37.9 finish at the Redbird Invite to finish tenth.

OUTDOOR: Competed in four outdoor meets for the Redbirds.
- Competed in the MVC Championships where she became the 10,000 Champion.
- Ran a personal-best time of 36:04.01 in the 10,000 at the Indiana Invitational.
- Took first at the Illini Classic in the 5000 clocking a personal-best time of 16:58.07.
CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets in her second season as a Redbird.
- Was the fifth Redbird to cross the finish line at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/12), finishing the 6K circuit in a time of 22:32.85.
- Notched a top-10 finish (8th) at the MVC Championships (10/29), setting a new personal best with a 6K time of 21:27.3.
- Was the top finisher for the ISU women in the women’s red race at the Bradley Classic, posting a top-20 finish (19th) in a time of 21:30.2.
- Notched a personal 5K best at the Joe Piane Notre Dame invitational (10/1) with a time of 18:51.9.
- Finished as the top Illinois State runner at the Redbird Invite (9/17), posting a top-15 finish (14th) with a time of 21:39.8.
- Crossed the finish line fourth for the 'Birds and 22nd overall with a time of 18:52.7 at the MVC Cross Country Championships.
- Was the fifth Redbird and 35th overall runner to cross the finish line at the Lipscomb Winter Classic, clocking in at 18:47.7 in the 5K.
2020-2021
OUTDOOR: Competed at four meets in her first year at Illinois State.
- Placed fourth in the 5,000-meter run at the Redbird Invite, clocking in at 17:56.79.
- Ran a personal-best time of 17:40.64 in the 5,000m at the Illinois State Invite to take fifth overall.
- Scored points for ISU in the 10,000-meter run, finishing sixth with a time of 37.02.75 in her first ever 10K.
- Member of the ISU women's team that won their seventh-straight conference title and broke a Valley record for points scored with 232.
- Recorded a personal-best time of 10:10.27 in the 3,000m at the GVSU Big Meet, placing 11th overall.
- Took fifth in the mile with a time of 5:21.34 at the EIU Friday Night Special.
- Helped the distance medley relay to a fourth-place finish and took 11th in the 3,000m at the MVC Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL:
- Four-time IHSA 1A Girls Track & Field State Qualifier at Shelbyville High School.
- Four-time IHSA 1A Girls Cross Country State Qualifier.
- A two-time All-State finisher as a junior, placing third in the 1,600m (5:17.88) and second in the 3,200m (11:20.75).
- Was the 2017 State Class 1A State Cross Country Runner-Up, clocking in at 17:41 (3 miles).
- Placed 10th at the 2018 Class 1A State Cross Country Championships with a time of 17:42 (3 miles).
