Dani Fey became Creative Director for athletics at The University of Tulsa in August 2023.

Fey came to Tulsa from Penn State, where she spent one year as the social media coordinator for athletics, helping with the brand development for the main social channels of 31 sports.

Before that, Fey spent seven months as the assistant director of athletic communications at Juniata College. She was responsible for 24 sports team’s social media content. Prior to moving into sports communications, Fey worked as a communications, marketing and social media intern at Bosch Rexroth Corporation, an engineering firm for the summer of 2021.

Fey earned her bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism with a minor in sports studies at Penn State in May 2021. She was a four-year starting outfielder on the Nittany Lions softball team.
