Senior Robbie Aristodemo tallied two goals in TU's 4-2 victory over Drury.

Tulsa, Oklahoma - University of Tulsa senior midfielder Robbie Aristodemo scored two goals and fellow classmate Eric Dominguez added one goal and one assist to power the Hurricane past Drury, 4-2, at McAuliffe Field.

Tulsa improved to 5-2 overall this season and has now won four out of its last five outings. Drury fell to 2-6 overall and has now lost six straight games since opening the season with back-to-back wins.

After a sluggish first half, Aristodemo gave the Hurricane a 1-0 lead at the 43:29 minute mark when his shot from left to right found the back of the net. Sophomore Julian Gaitan was credited with the assist on the goal.

Early in the second half, Drury tied the game at 1-1 when Kyle Sebus scored after beating Tulsa sophomore goalkeeper Brent Salter in a one-on-one battle.

But Aristodemo once again came through in the clutch with his second goal of the game coming at the 64:50 mark. Aristodemo converted a nice crossing pass with a one-touch goal. The junior trio of Nasser Khalil and Chris Spears each picked up an assist on Aristodemo's score.

Drury refused to roll over for the Hurricane and at the 72:23 minute mark, Ryan Ferguson snuck a shot past Salter to tie the game at 2-2. Less than five minutes later, Dominguez notched his seventh goal of the season when he headed in a goal off senior Shawn McCullough's crossing pass.

TU freshman Stephen Warwick put the game out of reach when he tallied a goal at the 85:19 mark off a deflection. Dominguez and sophomore Gonzalo Sanchez each earned an assist on the goal.

The contest was played in light drizzle and was marred by a total of 25 fouls and nine yellow cards were issued, including five to Drury.
