Tulsa Hosts 11th-Ranked Fresno State on Saturday

Tulsa, Oklahoma - The University of Tulsa football team will be back in action this Saturday, September 22, twenty-three days since playing its last game. The Hurricane faces the 11th-ranked Fresno State Bulldogs in the Western Athletic Conference season opener for both schools. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:37 at Skelly Stadium.
Tickets are available by calling the TU athletic ticket office at 918-631-GoTU (4688), or by stopping by the ticket office at the Donald W. Reynolds Center on the TU campus. Single game ticket prices are $9, $12 and $18.
Buy One-Get One Free Coupons are available at local participating Arby's Restaurants and with the purchase of a cheese product at your local Reasor's Food stores. The first 20,000 fans will receive American Flag placards as they enter the stadium.
The American Red Cross will be collecting donations at the gates of the stadium to benefit the American Red Cross New York Relief Fund.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early at the game. In the interest of public safety, the following policies will be enforced for the Tulsa-Fresno State contest.
* No Re-Entry to stadium
* Event will be ticketed throughout the entire game
* All bags, purses, etc. will be subject to search
Prohibited items include:
* containers
* coolers and thermoses
* outside food and beverage (including alcohol)
* weapons or objects deemed hazardous by event personnel
Vehicular traffic is restricted in the parking lots and streets around Skelly Stadium on game day.
