Inglis Named WAC Golfer of the Week

Denver, Colo. - Tulsa's David Inglis has been selected as the Western Athletic Conference golfer of the week.

Inglis, a sophomore from Roslin, Scotland, took second place at the Matlock Invitational Feb. 19 in Lakeland, Florida. He carded rounds of 70-70-71 to finish with a five-under 211, just one shot shy of the winner. He helped the Golden Hurricane to a first-place spot. The three rounds helped to lower his round average to 72.8, a team-high.

Inglis' next tournament is in Baton Rouge at the LSU Invitational March 1.
