* Tulsa captains were James Kilian, Clint Rountree, Jermaine Hope and Garrett Mills

* Tulsa won the toss defered to the second half, defended North end zone. TU has won the toss in four of its five games.

* Brad DeVault's 32-yard, 42-yard field and 45-yard field goals were his second, third and fourth of the season in five attempts. He has 20 career field goals, moving into eighth overall in TU history. Last season, he was 2-for-2 in TU's win in Tulsa. In three games against the Warriors, he has hit five field goals in seven attempts.

* After averaging 1.78 yards per play on its first three series of the game (16 yards on nine plays)... TU averaged 4.71 per play in its final four drives of the first half (179 yards on 38 plays).

* James Killian scored his first rushing touchdown of the season on a one-yard run. He now has 12 rushing TDs in his career at TU.

* Six different receivers caught at least one pass in the first half for the Golden Hurricane.

* Ashlan Davis returned six kicks for a season-high 149 yards, including a career-best 51-yarder in the third quarter.

* Clint Rountree recorded the Hurricane's third sack of the season with a fourth-quarter tackle of UH quarterback Timmy Change for -7 yards. It was TU's first sack since recording a pair of sacks in the opening game against Kansas. Nick Bunting and Chris Barnes both tackled the quarterback behind the line in that game.

* Chris Kindred recorded a career-high ten punts and set a new career record with 421 yards in punting.
