Hurricane Relay Teams Complete Tyson Invitatioinal

Fayetteville, Ark. - The University of Tulsa track teams completed competition at the Tyson Invitational in Fayetteville, Ark., on Saturday with the 4x400-meter relays. The women's team finished eighth out of 14 teams, while the men finished 12th in the 16 team field.

While finishing fifth in their heat, the women's squad posted a time of 3:47.53. The men's team finished fourth in its heat with a time of 3:16.15.

Both of the Hurricane teams will be back in action starting Friday, Feb. 27, at the Western Athletic Conference Indoor Championships. The meet will continue through Feb. 28 in Boise, Idaho.
