Tulsa Students Meet the Challenge

The GMAC Bowl Challenge visited the TU campus for the Tulsa-Rice game.

Tulsa, Okla. - The GMAC Bowl Campus Tour `06 came to the University of Tulsa on November 11th and Jeff Ratliff, Lydia Howe, Christopher Solon, Christina Bishop, and Jeffrey Kucirek were up to the challenge.

The GMAC Bowl brings together some of the best season-ending college football action with teams from Conference USA (C-USA), the Western Athletic Conference (WAC), and the Mid-American Conference (MAC). Team GMAC is visiting campuses at select games throughout this football season. Students have a chance to win a trip to the GMAC Bowl in Mobile, Alabama, on January 7, 2007 where they will compete for the grand prize - a new Chevy HHR or Chevy Cobalt.

Between the 3rd & 4th quarter break of the game between Tulsa and Rice, Jeff Ratliff won a $1,000 scholarship from GMAC and Chevrolet. All game participants received a prize pack full of cool GMAC merchandise and are now entered into a random drawing for the opportunity to compete in the GMAC Bowl Right Stuff Challenge Finals at the GMAC Bowl in Mobile, Alabama, and have a chance to win the 2007 Chevy HHR or Chevy Cobalt.

The four winners selected for the GMAC Right Stuff Challenge Finals include one participant from each conference and a write-in participant. Winners will receive airfare for two along with three-day/two-night accommodations, $100 spending money and two tickets to the GMAC Bowl.
