Tulsa Track Opens 2007 Season at Missouri Invitational

Rickey Wilson will look to lead the Tulsa Golden Hurricane during the 2007 season which begins on January 12.

Tulsa, Oklahoma - The University of Tulsa's men's and women's track and field teams will kick off the 2007 season with a trip to the Missouri Invitational in Columbia, Mo. at the Hearnes Fieldhouse on January 12.

The Golden Hurricane will face competitors from Missouri, Drake, Oral Roberts, SIU-Edwardsville, UMKC, UM-Rolla and Wichita State.

The track portion of the meet will begin at 2 p.m. with the preliminaries of the women's 60m hurdles, with the final event, the 4x400m relay, scheduled to begin at 6:45 p.m.

The field events will begin at 1 p.m. with the final field events set to begin at approximately 4 p.m.
