Tulsa's Michael Such Named National Punter of the Week

Tulsa, Okla. - The University of Tulsa's Michael Such was named National Punter Performer of the Week as announced today by the College Football Performance Awards.
It is the second time this season that Such has earned weekly honors from the CFPA. He was named Honorable Mention Punter Performer of the Week on Sept. 14.
Such punted the ball six times for 290 yards for a 48.3-yard average, including two punts downed inside the 20-yard line against UTEP last week. He is currently the 16th-ranked punter in the nation with 35 punts for a 43.74-yard average in seven games this season.
The College Football Performance Awards eliminate the politics and bias involved in the college football awards process. The CFPA selects recipients exclusively based upon objective scientific rankings of the extent to which individual players increase the overall effectiveness of their teams.
