Glencoe, Illinois - The Tulsa men's golf team finished in 13th-place at the Windon Memorial at the Skokie Country Club in Glencoe, Illinois. The Golden Hurricane carded a final round 300 and finished the 54-hole tournament with a 913 score.
Illinois won the team championship with a 16-over par 868. Northwestern finished six strokes back in second place and Kent State was third with a 24-over par 876. Eastern Michigan (882) and Michigan (303) rounded out the top-five teams.
Arie Fauzi captured a team-leading eight-over par 221 for 14th place, while Chris Worrell was six strokes back in 52nd-place with a 227. Andre' Tourinho carded a 232 total, Rob Laird finished with a 236 and Stephen Carney recorded a 240 score.
Coastal Carolina's Dan Obremski and Kent State's Brett Cairns shared the individual title with one-over par 214 totals.
The Golden Hurricane will return to action at the Baylor Intercollegiate on Oct. 27-28 in Waco, Texas to conclude the fall season.
