Tulsa Names Blair Philbrick as Director of Football Operations

Tulsa, Oklahoma - University of Tulsa Head Football Coach Todd Graham announced today that Blair Philbrick has been appointed Director of Football Operations.
Philbrick, 49, comes to Tulsa after spending 20 years in various coaching roles in Oklahoma High Schools since 1984. He was the head football coach at three different high schools, including Edmond North (2005-07), Tulsa Memorial (1998-2000) and Edmond Santa Fe (1995-97).
He spent the last three seasons as the Director of Leadership at Heritage Hall High School in Oklahoma City. He also served as the head track coach, assistant football and assistant basketball coach at the school. Previously, Philbrick was the head football coach at Edmond North High School for three years (2005-07).
Philbrick taught and coached at Holland Hall High School in Tulsa for five years (2000-05). Between his stints as head football coach at Tulsa Memorial and Edmond Santa Fe, Philbrick served one year as the director of development/area director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Tulsa.
A graduate of Southwestern Oklahoma State, Philbrick also served as a graduate assistant coach at Sam Houston State (1988-90) and at Texas A&M (1990-91).
Philbrick replaces Joe Walker who returned to his hometown of Houston, Texas, to enter education administration.
