Senior Matt Mabrey fired a first-round 69, and is tied for 14th place while the Tulsa men's golf team sits in sixth place during a suspended second round at the Rod Myers Invitational at the par-72 Duke Golf Club.
Weather forced officials to suspend play in the second round of the tournament on Saturday. Play will resume at 8 a.m. CT Sunday with the conclusion of the second and final round. The tournament has been reduced to a 36-hole event. It was originally scheduled for 54 holes, with 36 holes to be played on Saturday.

The first weather delay occurred a 3:24 p.m. ET. Play resumed at 4:30 p.m. ET, but was halted again just 11 minutes later, and was officially suspended for the day at 5:29 p.m. ET.
