Tulsa Head Coach Bill Brogden signs two to national letters-of-intent.Nov. 19, 2014

Tulsa, Oklahoma - University of Tulsa Men's Golf Coach Bill Brogden announced today the signing of two high school student-athletes to national letters-of-intent. Preston Crawford from Jenks High School and Jack Knoesel from Columbia, Missouri will join the Hurricane golf team in the fall of 2015.

Crawford was the Oklahoma men's state amateur runner-up in 2014. He won the 2014 Oklahoma Junior Golf Tour's Battle Creek event and was an OJGT Tour all-star. Crawford finished seventh at the 2014 Oklahoma Class 6A state championship. He tied for first at the Frontier Valley Conference Championship as a junior, but lost in a playoff.

Knoesel helped lead his Rock Bridge High School team to the Missouri Class 4A state title as a junior with an eighth-place overall finish. As a sophomore, Knoesel placed fourth at the Class 4A state championship with a two-round score of 73-75 for 148 in helping his prep team to a fourth-place performance. He earned all-state honors his sophomore season.
