THE DAY'S EVENTS:

Tulsa football begins a day of TU home athletic events with an 11 am game, followed by men's basketball exhibition vs. Southwestern Oklahoma State at 4 pm, then ending with an American Athletic Conference Men's Soccer Tournament Quarterfinal Game, Tulsa vs. Cincinnati at 7 pm

MILITARY APPRECIATION:

Military personnel, past and present, will receive Free Admission with a valid military ID. Three Wounded Warriors will be recognized on the field during the game and will join the captains for the coin toss.

TOYS FOR TOTS:

Fans who bring a new and unwrapped toy valued at $15 or more will receive FREE ADMISSION to the game.

HURRICANE ALLEY:

Hurricane Alley is located on Chapman Commons and provides fans an entertainment area prior to the game. Hurricane Alley will open at 8:00 a.m. for the TU-SMU game. Live entertainment will begin at 8:30 a.m. The Heisman Trophy presented by Wendy's will be displayed on the southeast corner of Chapman Commons.

WAVE THE FLAG:

Fans are encouraged to bring their Hurricane Flag distributed at the first game for the "Wave the Flag" tradition. Flags can also be purchased at the game day souvenir shops.

SEASON TICKET HOLDERS/OTHER VISITORS:

Season Ticket Holders and other visitors to the stadium are requested to enter through Gates 1, 1A, 2, 3, 5, 6A & 7.

WILL CALL:

General Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Reynolds Center ticket office. TU Player Pass Will Call is at Gate 2 on the northwest side of the stadium. Visiting Team Will Call is located at Gate 6 on the northeast side of the stadium.

BAG POLICY:

To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into H.A. Chapman Stadium, The University of Tulsa has implemented a new bag policy for the 2014 Season. Fans will be allowed to carry personal bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" inches. All bags will be checked prior to entering the stadium.

RE-ENTRY POLICY:

Re-entry hand stamps will be available at any gate. Any persons other than credentialed personnel leaving the stadium must have his/her hand stamped and have possession of their admittance stub to be re-admitted to the stadium

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

The following items are prohibited in H.A. Chapman Stadium: backpacks and/or large bags that exceed 12" x 6" x 12" inches, umbrellas, video cameras, containers including thermoses, outside food and beverages, weapons or objects deemed hazardous by event staff, alcohol or drugs, artificial noisemakers (bells, whistles, bullhorns, etc.), excessively large signs and visiting team flags,. Heightened security measures are in effect. Smoking and Vaping is prohibited in H.A. Chapman Stadium.

Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are allowed if carried in loosely or in the approved bag size. An exception will be made for medically necessary items and baby bags/formula. Traditional stadium seats with backs and seat pads are permitted as long as they do not exceed 18 inches wide and are carried in by themselves, not in a larger bag exceeding 12" x 6" x 12" inches.

HANDICAP:

Special entrances have been provided at Gates 1, 1A, 6A & 7 for those guests with special needs and disabilities. A large number of handicap parking spaces are available in the south corner of the Lorton Village Parking Lot, west of the stadium. These spaces are reserved strictly for those vehicles displaying a valid Handicap Parking Permit. Handicap seating is available on the west side of the stadium in Sections 114 - 117; 109, 110 and 113 on the south side, and sections 105 - 108 on the east side of the stadium. Contact the Athletic Ticket Office for tickets in the handicap area at 918.631.4688.

LAREDO STUDENT ENTRANCE:

TU students are encouraged to enter thru the Laredo Student Entrance/Gate 5 on the north east side of the stadium. Students must present a game ticket and valid TU student ID card.

EMERGENCIES:

A first aid station is located in the southwest corner of H.A. Chapman Stadium. EMSA is present during each game. If an emergency arises, ask the nearest usher for assistance. The emergency phone number for H.A. Chapman Stadium is 918.631.3664.

TELEPHONES:

There are no public pay phones located in H.A. Chapman Stadium.

ATM:

An ATM is located west of the Press Box, behind Section 116 on Thomas Plaza.

PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM:

The PA system is intended primarily for spectators' information concerning the game. Please do not request use of the PA system to make social contacts.

RESTROOMS:

Restrooms are located underneath the stands on the east side of H.A. Chapman Stadium. On the west side, restrooms can be located next to the concession stands in Thomas Plaza.

LOST & FOUND:

Lost and found items can be dropped off and claimed at the Security Command Post on the west side of the stadium, north of the Thomas A. Johnston Atrium, under the stands behind Section 116.

CONCESSION STANDS:

Concession stands and food vendors are located throughout the stadium. Main concession areas include underneath the east stands, in the lower level of the apartments west of Thomas Plaza and throughout Thomas Plaza on the west side of the stadium.

FIELD REGULATIONS/PRESS BOX:

No person is permitted on the playing field, before, during, or after the game without proper credentials as issued by The University of Tulsa Department of Intercollegiate Athletics or unless accompanied by athletic personnel. Press Box access is strictly prohibited without proper credential.

BANNERS:

Hanging banners in H.A. Chapman Stadium must be approved the week prior to the game by calling 918.631.2323. Banners may be removed from the stadium by event personnel if not previously approved.

Requests for assistance should be directed to the ushers located throughout the stadium for your convenience. The Security Command Post is located on the west side of the stadium, north of the Thomas A. Johnston Atrium, under the stands behind Section 116.
