TULSA, Okla. - Tulsa Head Football Coach Bill Blankenship held his weekly press conference Tuesday, previewing Saturday's home game against Texas State at H.A. Chapman Stadium.

The Golden Hurricane (1-2) is back in action at home following a bye week. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. This will be the first meeting between the Hurricane and Bobcats since 2003, when TU took a 41-15 win at Skelly Stadium.

TU sophomore receiver Joshua Atkinson and junior safety Michael Mudoh also appeared at the press conference to look ahead to the Texas State game.
