Tulsa Hosts UCF in The American Championship Quarterfinals on Saturday

The No. 4 seed Tulsa men's soccer team will host No. 5 seed UCF in the American Athletic Conference Championship quarterfinal game on Saturday, November 7 beginning at 6:00 pm at the Hurricane Soccer and Track Stadium.
Tickets are $5 general admission and can be purchased at the north ticket gate. Youth 12 and under can get in free by wearing a soccer jersey, and TU students can show their student ID to receive free admission at the gate.
Fans unable to attend the match in person can watch it live on TulsaHurricane.com/watch. There is a 24HR Pass, a Monthly Pass and Yearly Pass that allow you to watch all TU home men's and women's soccer, volleyball and softball games depending on the package purchased.
The Golden Hurricane has a 7-6-3 overall record and concluded league play with a 3-3-2 mark. Tulsa ranks 40th in total assists (26), 44th in scoring offense (1.69 gpg), 45th in total goals (27) and 47th in total points (80) among the nation's best.
TU has tallied 27 goals this season from 13 different players, including a team-best six scores from Juan Sanchez, while Geoffrey Dee has four goals and Bradley Bourgeois has three scores. Miguel Velasquez, Cameron Drackett, Zach Jackson and Michael Mitrik each have two goals. TU also has 26 assists from 12 players, including four each from Dee and Saari.
Jake McGuire has played the majority of minutes in goal, while Marcel Da Silva and Brandon Hanat have both played in two games. The trio have combined for 65 saves, three shutouts and a .765 saves percentage, and allowed 20 goals for a 1.18 GAA.
UCF has a 7-8-1 overall record and concluded league play with a 3-4-1 mark. The Knights are led by Hadji Barry with nine goals, while Matias Pyysalo has six goals and a team-high eight assists. Zach Biggs and Brendan Rennie have split time in goal for a combined 54 saves, three shutouts and a .711 saves percentage, and 22 goals-against for a 1.35 GAA.
During the regular season, TU captured a 1-0 win over UCF in Orlando to take a 9-1-2 lead in the all-time series.
