
TULSA’S SAM HUMPHREYS CAPTURES OGA SPRING FOUR-BALL TITLE

The University of Tulsa red-shirt freshman Sam Humphreys teamed with former SMU golfer and Bixby native Draegen Majors to capture the Oklahoma Golf Association Spring Four-Ball Championship at Oak Tree Country Club on Wednesday.
Humphreys and Majors shot rounds of 65-67 for a combined 8-under par 132 to edge Ben Blundell and Jordan Cook of Oklahoma City.
Humphreys was in his first year with the Golden Hurricane in 2014-15, but sat out with a red-shirt season.
