TULSA RUNNERS TAKE AIM AT NCAA TRACK CHAMPIONSHIPS

The University of Tulsa will be represented at the 2015 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships this week in Eugene, Oregon by Simon Greiner, Bryce Robinson and Marc Scott.
Each runner will begin their quest for a national title on Wednesday with Greiner starting things off in the 800m semifinal at 7:54 p.m. (CT), followed by Robinson in the 200m semifinal event at 8:24 p. m. (CT). Scott will close out the night for the Tulsa trio with the finals of the 10,000m at 8:43 p.m.
Robinson ran a fifth-place time of 20.69 in the 200m at the NCAA Austin Regional two weeks ago to qualify for the NCAA Championships. This is his second straight appearance at the NCAA Championships in the 200m.
Greiner and Scott qualified with 10th place finishes, respectively, at the NCAA Austin Regional. Greiner ran a qualifying time of 1:48.78, while Scott clocked a time of 29:48.51.
