TULSA RUNNERS ADVANCE AT NCAA AUSTIN REGIONAL

The University of Tulsa's Bryce Robinson and Adam Palamar moved on to the next round Saturday at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Regional in Austin, Texas.
 
Robinson finished with the second-best qualifying time of 20.29 in the 200 meters first round Friday night and will run in Saturday's quarterfinal, while Adam Palamar's time of 3:46.40 in the 1,500m late Friday night moved him into Saturday's quarterfinal. Robinson was second to Baylor's Trayvon Bromell's time of 20.13. Nicole Lee will be Tulsa's third competitor on Saturday, as she runs in the 5,000m.
 
Simon Greiner advanced to the NCAA Championship semifinal that begins June 10 in Eugene, Oregon. Greiner placed 10th in the 800m with a time of 1:48.78 Friday night.
