TULSA, Okla. — Phoenix Suns guard and former University of Tulsa standout Shaquille Harrison returned to the Donald W. Reynolds Center this week for workouts and for a look at head coach Frank Haith's 2018-19 Golden Hurricane squad.

Harrison, who is the only player in TU history to start every game his team played during his four-year career (133 games), earned a pair of 10-game contracts with the Suns last season before signing a multi-year deal on March 13. In 24 games, he averaged 6.6 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game, while he shot 47.6-percent from the field. Harrison closed the campaign with a season-best 18-point, 10-rebound performance in a win over Dallas on April 10.

Fresh off the NBA Summer League where he averaged 12.2 points, 6.6 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.6 steals per game, Harrison talked with Bruce Howard on his rise from Tulsa to the NBA. Click the video above for the full interview, which includes highlights from Harrison's time at Tulsa and in the NBA.
