TULSA
, Okla. – The University of Tulsa men's tennis team (9-4) will play host to the No. 11-ranked Baylor Bears (9-2) on Saturday at 6 p.m. CT on the indoor courts of the Michael D. Case Tennis Center.

The Bears come into Saturday's showdown off the back of a loss at the ITA National Indoor Championships, falling to No. 12 Columbia, 4-1. The Golden Hurricane last defeated Baylor on March 24, 2016, in which Tulsa traveled to Waco and edged out a 4-3 win over the Bears.

TU enters Saturday's match coming off a 5-2 setback to LSU a weekend ago in Tulsa. Despite the loss, the team boasts a 9-3 home record, including a ranked win this season over No. 14 TCU.

TU is led in singles by freshman Kody Pearson. The Sydney, Australia, native already owns an American Athlete Conference Player of the Week nod this season, as Pearson boasts an 11-2 mark in solo play to pace the Golden Hurricane.

Fans unable to attend this this week's matches can watch live here. Students at Saturday's match will receive a free McDonald's voucher.
