Tulsa Set to Host Memphis in First Home Conference Series

TULSA, Okla. — The University of Tulsa softball team will continue American Athletic Conference play this weekend when it hosts Memphis for a three-game set at Collins Family Softball Complex.
First pitch of game one of the series has been moved to 1 p.m. on Friday, March 29. The Golden Hurricane (21-10, 2-1) and Tigers (18-14, 2-1) are scheduled to play again at 2 p.m. on Saturday with the series concluding at 12 p.m. on Sunday.

Tulsa, Memphis and Houston all started conference play with series victories last weekend, taking two of three games against USF, ECU and Wichita State, respectively.
Morgan Neal has been named the American Athletic Conference Player of the Week each of the last two weeks, leading the Hurricane to an 8-1 record in that time. The senior hit .467 last week with a double, triple, stolen base and three RBIs as TU topped then-No. 21 Oklahoma State and won its series at preseason league favorite USF.
