Eight Tulsa Student-Athletes Earn Division IA FAR Academic Excellence Award

Eight Tulsa student-athletes earned the Division IA Faculty Athletic Representative Academic Excellence Award, as announced by the 1A FAR Board.
 
TU honorees include Annabeth Fouts (women's soccer), Rooks Hunter (men's soccer), Rebecca Lescay (women's basketball), Jenny O'Bryan (women's track and field), Sydney Pirkle (rowing), Veronique Ulrich (rowing), Elisa Vandersloot (rowing) and Anna Williams (women's soccer).
 
The 1A FAR Academic Excellence Award is given to student-athlete who graduate with a cumulative GPA of 3.80 or above and have participated in at least two years of NCAA intercollegiate athletics at a Football Bowl Subdivision institution.
